Why we love it
Kanto, owned and operated by a Filipino husband and wife originally from Pampanga, Philippines, specializes in charcoal-grilled BBQ goodness. It offers generously portioned pork, pork belly, and chicken skewers with a smoky, charcoal flavor. We suggest getting a skewer combo, which includes lumpia and pancit or white rice. Along with traditional lumpia, Kanto serves a cheeseburger lumpia that pleasantly surprised us — a perfectly light, crispy exterior giving way to a flavorful, airy but stuffed interior.
