By using Pancit.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Creating an account
Pancit.com accounts are free and optional — most of the site works without one. If you create one, you must be at least 13 years old, provide accurate information, and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or remove an account that violates these terms, including the content standards below, and you can delete your own account at any time from My Account.
Public profiles and content standards
Accounts get a public profile by default — visible to anyone at your own profile URL unless you switch it to private in My Account. Anything you put on your profile (your username, display name, and bio) or send to another user (a recommendation note) must not be abusive, harassing, impersonate someone else, or otherwise violate these terms. Beyond the automatic filtering that already blocks some of this at the point you try to save it, we reserve the right to review, change, rename, hide, or remove any account or account content — including your username, display name, bio, or avatar — that we determine, in our own judgment, to be derogatory, harassing, or impersonating another person, business, or entity, with or without prior notice. This is separate from the optional account verification described just below: we may act on an impersonating or derogatory account whether or not it ever requested verification, and the absence of a checkmark never by itself implies an account is fake. Badges, tiers, and referral counts are for fun and have no cash or redeemable value, and we may adjust, reset, or remove them at any time.
Account verification
We offer an optional verified checkmark, shown next to a name on a public profile, for accounts we've confirmed are who they say they are — typically real restaurants, food businesses, or other notable accounts where impersonation is a realistic risk. You can request one from My Account; we review requests by hand and may approve, deny, or ask for more information at our sole discretion, and may revoke a checkmark later if circumstances change. Verification is free and never required to use any part of the site.
Recommendations and other account features
Sending a restaurant or recipe recommendation to another user shares your username and display name with them. Don't use recommendations, or any other account feature, to spam or harass other users — accounts that do may be limited or suspended. Features like Save, Favorites, and Collections are for your own personal use in connection with Pancit.com and aren't a data-storage service for unrelated content.
Using our content
Recipes, articles, photos, and other content on Pancit.com are © 2026–present Pancit.com, unless otherwise credited (for example, a specific photo credited to a Wikimedia Commons contributor). You're welcome to cook from our recipes, link to our pages, and share them with friends. You may not republish, redistribute, or reproduce substantial portions of our written content or photos elsewhere — including on other websites, in print, or in another app — without our written permission.
User-submitted content
If you send us a photo, recipe, or restaurant recommendation (by email or the contact form), you're confirming it's yours to share and you're giving Pancit.com permission to use, edit, and publish it on the site and in related promotion, with credit to you where reasonable. You can ask us to take it down at any time. The same applies, at a smaller scale, to anything you post on your own account — your username, display name, bio, and recommendation notes — which we may display back to you or to other users as part of running the features they belong to; you can edit or remove most of this yourself from My Account, or delete your account entirely to remove all of it at once.
No warranty on recipes or information
Recipes, cooking times, and nutrition estimates on this site are provided for general guidance. Results can vary based on your ingredients, equipment, and technique, and nutrition figures are estimates, not lab-verified values — see the disclaimer on each recipe page. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, always check ingredients yourself before cooking or serving a dish.
Restaurant directory and external links
The restaurant directory and any links to outside websites, maps, or social media are provided for convenience. We don't control those third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, hours, or availability — always confirm details directly with the restaurant before visiting.
No guarantees
Pancit.com is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pancit.com isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including anything related to a recipe you've cooked or a restaurant you've visited based on information found here.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
