Why we enjoyed it
Ayala's Coffee is a sophisticated coffee shop that offers delicious drinks and pastries rooted in popular Filipino flavors like ube and pandan (coconut). When you bite into their Ube Champorado Croissant, you'll be met with a perfectly flaky crunch followed by a fluffy airiness combined with a subtly-sweet ube champorado filling.
